Pricing is per organization. Your plan's project, team member, and active production subscriber limits apply across all projects in that organization.

SubTru will not increase your bill or abruptly interrupt your service if you exceed a plan limit. We'll warn you on the billing page and provide a grace period to upgrade or reduce usage. If you need more capacity, email [email protected] and we'll be happy to work with you.

Yes. Every plan includes subscription event processing and normalized subscription management across Stripe, Apple App Store, and Google Play.

No. Each SubTru project has separate test and live environments so you can safely develop and test without affecting live production access.

No. Stripe, Apple, and Google continue to process your customers' payments and pay you directly. SubTru receives the subscription events those providers send, normalizes the resulting state, and gives your app one API for checking access.

Yes. You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription from your organization's billing page at any time. If you have any concerns, please contact [email protected] so we can make it right.
